Vein Wear is Australia’s most popular men’s footwear designer. Vein’s designer Christopher McCallum, has been recognized as the shoe of choice by Australia’s top clothing house. Vein launched its winter season with the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival main parades Kenzo, Leopold, and Morrissey.

Vein shoes were the natural footwear choice for Always Habit when they won the coveted the Best Australian Designer Awards in November 2005. Always Habit designs are mainly for savvy young professional men. They always look for attractive shoes to complement their casual and suiting attire. And Vein provides that.

The Vein shoes were the footwear of choice when high flying Aussie label
“Tom, Dick and Harry” and “Leopold” unveiled their winter collections at Mercedes Australian Fashion Week. The parades were standouts with both collections attracting critical acclaim.

When The Vein launched its winter collection in 2006 at the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival in March there was no question which shoes should be worn with the three pinnacle men’s collections of the season. Main parades Kenzo, Leopold and Morrisey chose to accompany top class designs with Australian designer shoes by Vein.

McCallum says “The fashion week festival is definitely the highest point yet in our rise in Australian designer fashion. Morrisey is an English idol and an icon. To be worn on the foot of his, Kenzo and Leopold’s collections is a great honor. I know our shoes do their clothing justice”.

McCallum says “At The Vein, we are delighted to work with clothing designers. Footwear does not steal the limelight at fashion parades but a designer collection show is very important to leave footwear up to models, friends or God forbid resort to plungers”,
